How to create report definition file,embed report definition file with setup and Use?

I created windows application with crystal report.
I want to attach crystal report with the setup and send to clientside so that i can adjust fields of report at clientside and customize the report.

I googled and got info about report definition file. but i dont know how to create use and embed to setup the report definition file.
Please help if u can..
