How to Free Memory when application is running in VB Script

I have a application ,when it is run, it use very much memory so after times this application can not run or have bug.
Therefor I want to free memory to have enough memory for it.
but I don't know how to write command to free memory in VB Script.

Please help me.

I don't think there is one. You should explain where you're using VBscript, I can't think of one place where it's a sane choice.

Not clear on how you come to conclude that it's vbscript and memory is full because of it.

I am working with VB Script to run in Test Complete and My application handle Excel file consist over 500 row.
