Hai all, for my application i need to show on a combo box the list of controls in the toolbox of Visual studio...Is it possible... If yes,How do i do this... plz help...

I'm not sure if you can do this. But you might want to give "Visual Studio SDK" a try.

As I did not see a "Visual Studio" tag I think that you assume too much. This seems to be one of those typical non sensical questions! :-P

May be it's a nonsense, I'm no sure, but Visual Studio is mentioned in a title, so I did not assume it. It's usual, unfortunately, that Inquirers do not tag important things correctly.

Yes, you are assuming as there is no mentioning of an Add-On anywhere. OP is talking about "... my application ..." and add-ons are add-ons but not applications. Just saying ;)!

I though any Visual Studio IDE plug-in is called Add-on, not sure (just checked -- they are called "Add-ins", and the parent node of the project type called "Extensibility"). You see, if OP is talking about toolbox in VS, it can only mean Extensibility project. Even is my assumption is wrong, it could be only if OP's question makes no sense. Better now?

Oh, oh.. yes, I remembered that you mentioned "non sensical questions" which is essentially the same possibility -- of a question making no sense. But I agrees with this possibility in first place, see "May be it's a nonsense, I'm no sure, but..." above. I think we should be agree by now.
