How to develop plugin indesgin CS5

Hello Everybody.
Now i am developing plugin for Indesign CS5...
But i have a big problem.

with a error, i cannot run sample project in Indesign CS5 SDK samples.

This error is : Merging resource sample.rsrc file error.

I don't know this error.

Help me!

There's some sort of file error while your tool was merging the sample resource.
