Have you tried Google, buddy?

Java to C# - You might want to have a look at Grasshopper [^]and JNBridge[^].
I have never used them so have no idea how they work.
Maybe others can add their inputs to this answer.

C++ to C# - this[^] could help you for starters. COM Interop is the way to go as far as this is concerned.

His subject line and actual question seem to conflict. I can't tell if he is trying to access the c# from java/c++ or the other way around.

Here my Qs is, how to develop a C# dll ( not like assembly ) to access from C++ / Java Technology. (Like C++ COM DLL) My DLL should work for irrespective of language and OS platform. Should be accessible in Solaris also in the future.
