ActiveX control bound rectangle is not changing

I am writing an ActiveX control using MFC. I am not able to change the bound rectangle for my control and hence not able to increase the size of the control during runtime. Also moving of control in container is not happening correctly as the control bound rectangle area is not changing.

Please suggest the suggest. I am new to ActiveX control.
