Shell Context Menu (Specific Filetype)

Hello
I need help in adding an item to windows context menu.

I have checked these sources:

http://www.codeproject.com/KB/shell/SimpleContextMenu.aspx

But that only shows on adding items to context menu.

Can anyone tell me how should i do it if i want to add it only to specific filetype extensions?

I need to add it for .jpg, .bmp , .jpeg & .png files only

Not clear what else do you want, what's not covered in this article.
