how do i connect device emulator to the desktop pc

Hi Everybody,

I am trying to build a windows mobile database application with vb.net 8.0, sql server 2005.
I found the code and tried but it's not working.

1. I am not able to connect to windows mobile ,what is called cradle. connection is not established with the desktop pc and the mobile device emulator.so, how to accomplish it?

2.Whether the system can be in LAN?

3.I swithched off the firewal.

4.Also disabled the symantec antivirus program.

5.When i click the connectivity button in the emulator ,an error is reported "Cannot connect and check your connection settings"
please help me this regard,

Solution 1

I had similar issues when trying to debug app on mobile emulator, but this is how to get internet connection on the emulator.
