Moving Parrallax Background

Hey,
I have a question about how to make a moving background. I want an image that fills the background to move slowly in one due direction. The parallax function I'm guessing can be done with just a simple repeat in css, but I need to know how to make the background move.

Solution 1

Can't you put a GIF image (that has a movement kind of look) as a background? Simply an image as a background in CSS. What say?

well I came up with a better solution anyways, thanks though
