VB6 which Grid Control to use

Hello there,
I develop projects in Visual Basic 6, and i want to ask a question that which grid control is best for my following needs and why

1) Fast Feeling data in the grid
2) Fast Search in that Grid
3) Data can be inserted directly in the cells of the grid
4) there could be alternate row color of the grid
