GridView Column and Header Freeze Problem

Hello Every one

APS.NET VB.Net code

how can i Freeze the Column and the Header of the GridView??
if I scroll Horizontally the Column Freezed will automatically Scrolled Up&Down
and if I scroll Vertically the Header Freezed will automatically Scrolled Left&Right

i try here Tutorial but it's not working on me, I'm using IE browser.

i already did that TUTORIAL, but it's not working fully, certain freeze cell will work....
