I'm doing my thesis in image pocessing, edge detection using fuzzy logic. Can anyone tell me what's new in this field?

Of course!

The newest thing that happened on this field is that a :bob: member that was making a thesis in image processing asked a too vague question in the Q&A section...

Knowing what's going new is one of your major responsibility. Also, you project adviser/leader is supposed to be competent in the field and provide basic help.

I don't think this is the adequate question for CodeProject.
