Is the history stored somewhere . How to get history of this .

sounds like... you want to investigate someone or see if you hack into some system then will you be caught!

Please be a little elaborate on what you are looking for.
Using a dollar with drive is administrative rights based.

Since windows NT 4.0 there is a system feature called auditing which records information about access to system resources (failed access, denied or both along with information about which user etc.). You might want to look into this here:
