I would say: wrong forum!

This is not a programming question, just a very basic user skill, very well below the expected level of the CodeProject Inquirer.

Urdu is is not something special. It is based on Perso-Arabic script, uses Unicode code point 0x0600 to 0x06FF. This Unicode range is supported by at least one font on most systems. Well, look at the application "Character Map" to find out the font. Use Control Panel Applet "Regional and Language Options" to set up a keyboard layout and language switch options for keyboard layout control.

Use any application supporting Unicode.
