Install .net charting/crystal reports on client automatically

Hi, I have a simple question. I'm doing some reporting that will connect to a service and populate some graphics and one crystal report. The service consumer can be in several machines and if they don't have the .net charting extension or crystal reports, they can't view any reports.

I said to the boss we could pack the installers in the software and upon executing the reporting utility, run those installers and problem solved but it looks like he didn't like the idea and wants everything without having to install anything... soo I was wondering if there could be a way to run the installers without having interaction with the user and being totally transparent to him. Any Ideas? Thanks
