PortAudio for windows mobile 7?

I am currently developing an audio application on windows 7 desktop. I looked at various Audio APIs to work with. Couple of them I ended with, NAudio and PortAudio.
Our application, in future, could be extended for Windows Mobile 7. I saw few WMobile 7 examples that used NAudio. Could PortAudio work on WMobile 7? Which API would I be better of using in my case.
