Solution 1

You can use the submit page: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/Submit.aspx[^].

Go through the guidelines first http://www.codeproject.com/info/submit.aspx[^] and then you can use the online submission wizard if you like. The "Post an article" is found in menu when you hover over "Articles".

That's true. I've seen many good articles with lots od poor votes because of formatting.

I would down-vote only on apparent laziness but not on small formatting problems.
However I like nice clear and simple formatting very much.

It's more about irritation by sloppiness, in my view. I hate wrong typographic like wrong dash and quotation, blank spaces, things like "one ,two", etc., anything screaming "I don't care!"...
