There are quite some variations on how to do a multitable insert. But there's a pretty good article here[^].

There can be various ways to do this. Depending upon the relationship between the tables. Although here[^] is an example that might help you.

Your package/stored procedure can do the job of doing inserts in multiple tables or there can be multiple stored procedures called by your C# code sequentially.
