Voip,Speex connection to c#

I have a windows app with VOIP capability, but voice only works with clients with good connections, and still could be better. I have been researching for different options and the best I can find so far is Speex in C#[^]

My app has a function for the user to start transmitting voice and a select group to receive. To be clear there will be multiple simultaneous connections.

My problem is how to interface Speex with my project. Can anyone show me a working example please.

Solution 1

You're going to have to contact the people that wrote Speex[^] for this. It is extremely unlikely anyone has even seen that library let alone used it.
