tabcontrol in windows mobile 6.0 and above

Hi, I want to ask is there any way (Win32 API or set) of tabcontrol-tabPages to be on the top in WIndows Mobile Applications version 6.1 and above? Any ideas?

OK,
this is the situation- We have a standard tab control that contains within itself tabpage1, tabpage2 .. etc which are positioned at the bottom. I want to move them of the top of the control, modify, make them with pictures and such. Is there any way to do this by WIN32 APIs, or what other approach we have to solving the problem?
