Issues with Silverlight Application Deployment in Windows 2003 with IIS 6

Hi,
I have deployed our application in Windows 2003 Server containing IIS 6. Application is developed in ASP.Net 2010, Silverlight 4. Can anyone suggest the right steps to deploy the application?
