How to host a web server in C#

I have a web service at the admin side..

the web service should be hosted on the internet and should be consumed by client using the internet..so how should i make a web server so that the client can consume the web service..

how to go about this?..I am using VS 2008..

I am new to C# programming..Can somebody please help me with the coding..

Nobody is going to spend their own free time doing your work for you. If you do not have the skills to do this yourself then you will have to pay someone to do it. There are lots of job sites on the internet to help you. Alternatively you could go to the link I posted below and start learning.
