Error when trying to update subscriptions

For 2 or 3 days in a row, I've tried to update my subscriptions so I won't receive your newsletters, however it isn't getting updated. Today, when I tried yet again I got the following error screen:

You should post this on the Site Bugs / Suggestions[^] forum. It's more closely monitored by the staff.

By the way, I had similar problems (although in another situation) and the solution was to reset my IE's security levels.
