If you would have a modem in your computer (usually laptops have it) you can download a fax program and then you will be able to send faxes from your laptop.

If you are using win7 you can search for FAX in the start menu and you'll get some directions and advice.

Of course knowing that you don't have a laptop and that you don't have a modem here would have helped...

Anyway, google is your friend... searching "internet fax service" gives thousands of results...

You will only need to filter results in order to see which one fits your destination best...
