How to export two file into same wmv file

At first,My graph is like this.
A's video->Decoder->wmv writer's video.
A's audio->decoder->wmv writer's audio.
after A finished, then build B to export.
B's video->Decoder->wmv writer's video.
B's audio->decoder->wmv writer's audio.
Now the problem is how should I switch these two files without stop the graph?
