Panning android live wallpaper HOW?

Hello

I am creating a live wallpaper for the android, but I want it to be able to pan left and right, I'm new to this so it still puzzles me.
The background image is twice as wide that the window allows, but I want it to show the right and left side when it gets panned to either side.
Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me in this.
