Windows Media Player Plugin

Hello.
I wanted to make a plugin for windows media player 11, to generate all video in 1024x768 resolution in wmv format, with 5.1 channel sound. Also to be able to bookmark along te timeline, adjust the frame rate, and store sections of the video.
The software I intend to use is Visual Basic 6.
Any help is welcome.

Download the platform SDK - it contains a number of examples.
