Can you explain me basic of SDRAM addressing.
If i am setting address of memory location as 0xA0005555
than can you tell me row address and column address for 2M*32bit*4bank SDRAM.
Where number of rows 12 and column are 9.

i have checked that links before asking you.
But while going through initial links and also link which you gave me, i coundt find any explanation for adress decoding scheme.That is SDRAM stores data sequencly in rows or columns.
