You question is very vague. Why don't you try google or search CP for some articles related to sending emails and then come back when you have a more specific question.

Solution 1

When user visits, in the middle of the multiple events that occur, the point at which you wish to send an email, add the code you need from here[^] to send an email.

Hope you are ready with your SMTP server!!
