Hi All,

I have a web application that uses Crystal Reports. It is working fine in one of our test server (Windows 2003)64bit. When we deployed and move this to production server we are facing problem. We are not able to generate reports the following error we are getting.

"Error in File UNKNOWN.RPT: The request could not be submitted for background processing"

Please need some help.

This is most likely a permission/configuration error.
