If you already know assembler, then the MicroChip website is pretty good.
If you want to do it in C then still the MicroChip site, come to think about it: C compilers and assemblers[^]

If you don't, then Google is your friend: http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=pic+programming+tutorial[^] will give you quite a few tutorials...
