How to get list of issued certificates

Hi all!

A have a strange task, and I can`t solve it.

I have a machine with Windows Server 2003. On this OS I have a stand-alone version of Certificate Authority. Now I should write (using C#) a web-servive , that will work on this machine, that get as input something (as example, user name, or nothing) and returns all issued to this user (or all issued) certificates.

Can you help me? How can I access to list of all issued to all users (by server) certificates using C#?
