Getting shape to shape Connection information in Visio using C#

Hi,
I am working on an application to retrieve nodes and connection information from a visio diagram .vdx file(BPMN) using c#. I am getting the properties of all nodes using VisSectionProp.But i need to traverse all nodes from starting node to ending node. Is there any class available to get connector information in Visio 2007?
