Adding NorthWind Database in my database

I have vs2010, in that i downloaded a code which say get northwind database which is standard so how can i get those database and how can i add in my database..

SQL Server 2005 onwards: SQL Server 2005 Samples and Sample Databases[^]

As much I remember, now AdventureWorks are used for default DB now in SQLServer 2005/8.
