I have created an animation which has 4 layers. I'd like to have two maskings in separate layers of the animation. It appears that it only takes only one mask. Is it possible to have two masking? How do I accomplish that.

do you really want two maskings for this?

Just change the color of the text in start & end frames, that's all.
If you want to change the color every frame then change the font color in every key frame.

BTW use 'Add comment' link below the answer if you want to clarify the things because this only will notify the answerer.
