Making dll For Sap Bapie using .Net Connector of Visual Studio

hello
i am trying to get data from sap using bapis by visual studio .net connector.but it throws the following error:

To Create a Proxy from SAP System,You Must install java vm from javasoft
Inner error was :
INFO:using logging implementation "ATT Logging"
exception In Thread "Main" com.sap.aii.upload.api.loginExceptionWrongPassword:invalid User/Password combonation.......................

i hav tried using vs 2005 and 2003 and .net connector 2.0 and 3.0.
any body hav face this problems ?then what was the solution.

i hav solve all the problems and implemented my application that has pahses,Windows(CE) Mobile+C#+Webservices+SAPERP.
