Visual Studio Addin assembly path

At installation time is there a way to change the assembly path inside the .addin file. For example on a windows 32bit system I want to install in \program files\ and on a windows 64 bit I want to install in \program files (x86)\. I am using the Visual studio installer to install just don't know if there is away to change this path during the install?
