how to change dispaly URL (URL Rewriting?)

Hello friends.
I am doing one blog application. In that i am showing blog of perticular user on showblog.aspx page by passing UserID to query string.
e.g.
*blogapplication.com/Showblog.aspx?UserID=1

But this url doesn't look good i want to display this URL as
1)
*blogapplication.com/nameofBlogger

and in advance version
2)

nameofblogger.blogapplication.com/

*blogapplication.com is used for demo only.

Please Help me to find solution for Both ways..
