snmp agent creation

i have to prepare an agent for my projrct to proceed. but i am not understanding how to create an agent. by searching i found out that agents can be created using snmp. can anyone help me by providing me the clear information on how can i create an agent using snmp?

You need to tell us what "agent" you need to create. What is your project, and what do you propose to achieve by using the agent?
