Solution 1

None. Any DB will store an image, if that's what you want, or any binary blob of data. No DB has specific and focused support for fingerprints.

That your project is web based is utterly irrelevant to your database code. It sounds like you've taken on a project that has a requirement of security, and it sounds like you should not be attempting it.
