I need Some Advice on a Travel Package System.I want to Know Travel or Hotel booking Site Functionality means How Exactly is their architecture been Build what are the Web services Available for the Application.

So, you don't know business requirements? Do you need an advice on how to collect and shape up requirements, use cases, etc.? It's probably beyond the format of Questions and Answers :-)
It is a toy application or Serious Business, anyway? :-)

i am creating a online travel management system so i i select the City in India For Example i will get all the hotel detail of that City along with there tariff. So i want to know if any such Web service is available.

Ok. Before moving into your application architecture or UI, you need to collate data related to all the hotels of a given city. Not just that, if you want to let users book for a particular hotel, you need to have a tie-up with that hotel.

Tie-up means, from before you need to talk/discuss with the hotel owner about this. Both the parties would come to a conclusion on how and what, including the availability and price. Once the contract is done between you and hotel, you can use that hotel stats for booking online.

So, I would suggest you to start with having contracts with hotels of a given city first and then move on to make a website that actually will book something online.

P.S.: There is no web-service that does this.
