How can I install the software on SD card of the PDA?

Hello,

I developed a windows application for mobile phone and I used smart cab device setup deployment to create a CAB file.
However when I store CAB file on to SD card and then click to install, OS is asking me where to istall it.
Choices are (Storage card, and Phone). When I choose "storage card" it doesn't install it there but on to
phone's storage. Whatever I tried to make it installed onto SD card, it didn't work out.

My aim is to let user to decide where to install and create a shortcut for the application and place it under the
startup program /programs folder to make its icon visible in the programs group.

How can I accomplish it?
