Linking the SD application to dialog box application

Sir,

I am trying to communicate from a SD application to a dialog box or linking SD to dialog box. For example in SD window I had a button. If pressed it should go to the dialog box. Please explain me in detail with example.

It's not that hard. You simply show a form as modal and stays in front until it is closed.
