works while browsing as http://localhost but not by IP address

Just implemented Ventuar.WebSecurity. It works great when browsing on the webserver as http://localhost but isn't working correctly (toggling correctly between https and http) when browsing by IP or servername, while still on the web server.

What am I missing?
