Tabbed Documents in MFC

Hello,
Does anyone know how to create a project with tabbed documents but with the new tab button on the right side the way it is presented in all the latest web browsers (IE, Chrome, etc...)? I know how to create the tabbed multi-documents but the new document mini-tab is not clear to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I play with Spy++ in order to find what are the Google Tab. They don't look as Windows Tab, I think it is entirely designed "by hand", understand they don't leverage on Windows Tab.
But I think you can keep your MFC Tab and develop a small custom control, child of Windows Tab, that your position at the top right. In this custom control you draw your own "+" sign, you handle WM_LBUTTON and so on...
