I need to show up a textbox on the other textbox in rdlc report.

When I do that in view designer in visual studio every thing is OK but in the internet explorer the second text box shows up after the first box in the bottom.

I need to fix the second textbox's position to shows up on the first text box.

thanks in advance.

Is there a reason why you cannot simply replace the text in the first text box?

Why would you need to have two textboxes one on top of the other? Why wouldn't you just set the text value of the existing text box?
