What do you mean by "an image in the HTML format"? And the CSV format is fairly straightforward... you're going to have to be more specific about what your needs are (i.e., what problems you are running into).

Solution 1

If you are trying to insert an image into a csv file, you can't. The csv file is striclty a text file containing delimited data.
