Copy database from mssql2000 to mssql2005 automatically & periodically

I want to copy the database from mssql2000 to mssql2005 and it will copy automatically in every 12 hours everyday?

If anybody know's please tell me.

1) You can go from mssql2000 to 2005 but not the other way
2) What do you mean "copy"?
3) Are the instances on the same OS server?
