How can I open and show dialog in windows 10 tablet mode

I am using desktop mode in windows 10 and able to display all the dialogs.
When i switched the mode from windows 10 desktop mode to tablet mode, all the dialogs are behind the home screen, how can i open the desktop and show the dialogs.

Tried to use OpenInputDesktop but not able to show the desktop hence my dialog is behind the home screen.

What I have tried:
