How can I add my blog to technical blog feeds?

I have been trying to add my blogger blog to codeproject's techinical blog field but all it is a disaster. I can't find any tutorial on that . Could anyone guide me through the steps off adding a blogger blog into the technical blog field please...

What I have tried:

I have tried adding the Rss feed of my blog, but there the real problem starts. My default Rss url is I think https://codecampanion.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default but all other people are telling after my url just type /feed and it is not working for me. So I am not sure even it is the correct Rss feed url
PS someone hlp me.
